These Terms of Use govern your use of the Fuel Rewards website and service, operated by Fuel Vertu. By accessing or using Fuel Rewards, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom to use Fuel Rewards. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Fuel Club Card & Points
Points are earned through your Fuel Club Card membership, administered by Fuel Vertu. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the points programme at any time with reasonable notice.
4. Raffles & Competitions
All raffles are free prize draws. No purchase is necessary to enter. You may enter using points earned through your Fuel Club Card or through free entry tokens provided by Fuel Rewards. Each raffle will specify the entry cost, closing date, and prize details.
Winners are selected at random using a verifiable draw process. We reserve the right to disqualify entries that appear fraudulent, automated, or in breach of these terms.
5. Prizes
Prizes are as described for each raffle. Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered unless expressly stated.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
7. Limitation of Liability
Fuel Rewards is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuel Vertu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of Fuel Rewards after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
